Practice Manager – Butler, Perth, WA (Full-time)

This well-establish Veterinary Clinic with plans for some upcoming exciting new renovations, who are located in the beautiful Northern region of Perth, are looking for a brand new Practice Manager to join their current team.

Who will you be working with?

You will be working in a well-established Veterinary Clinic, amongst a team of Veterinarians, Veterinary Nurses and Support staff.  The Clinic has fantastic facilities including; digital x-ray, dental suite and x-ray, a full surgical theatre, anesthetic monitoring equipment, patient warming system, oxygen generators and much more!

Who will you be?

  • Someone with a minimum of 3 years quality nursing experience and leadership and management experience is preferred, although for the right candidate, they are open to discussing other qualifications and experience that make you a suitable candidate for the role
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is desirable
  • Someone with good team management skills, and who demonstrates a level of personal resilience
  • Someone with good prioritization skills, who is punctual, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Someone who is able to provide a high level of support to other colleagues including the veterinarians and veterinary nurses
  • Someone with the ability to undertake the duties of; rostering, stock management, financial budgeting, and coaching and developing your team to reach their full potential
  • Someone who is able to work alongside the head Veterinarian in achieving these goals and outcomes
